COVID-19 Updates

Good news, our production is catching up. We're still experiencing longer than usual fulfillment times, especially in the US. Estimates are current as of July 29, 2020 and apply to orders placed after that date. Orders shipped within Australia from our partner facility are estimated to be fulfilled in 1-3 business days.

We produce and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you get your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. Check the map to see our average shipping times.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.
